Delivery

Local orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

For international deliveries, please allow 10 to 14 business days for your order to reach you.

Please note that these timeframes begin once your payment is fully processed and confirmed.

Returns

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided only in the case of defective or damaged items.

Any defect or damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

If an item is found to be defective during our internal quality checks prior to dispatch, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified.
